SELLING

Would you like to sell works of art or antiques? We are happy to help.
In the next steps you will learn more about the consignment process.

1. Contact

a. You can send us photos of the objects by email to info@auktionshaus-keup.de
b. Postal inquiries to: Keup Kunstauktionen, Haidplatz 7, D 93047 Regensburg
c. We are also happy to come to your home or you visit us in the auction house. To do this, please make an appointment by phone: +49 941-51422.

2. Advice

After a visual examination of the objects you want to sell, we will be happy to advise you on the marketing opportunities and set a transparent starting price (limit price) for an auction.

3. Contract for Sale and Commission

You will receive a written auction agreement for the consignment. When the objects are sold, Keup Kunstauktionen receive a previously expressly contractually agreed commission.  No commission is charged for unsold lots.

4. Catalogue for Sale

The consigned objects are entered in the catalogue for sale up to three weeks prior to the auction. Please refer to the information published on our web site www.auktionshaus-keup.de or contact us by phone. The objects are marketed online and offline. In addition to our own web site, we also use other national and international channels.

5. Implementation

a. Pre-sale viewings
A pre-sale viewing of each auction takes place in our historical salerooms. Here the objects are presented optimally and the interested parties have the opportunity to inspect the objects individually.
b. Auction
The auctions always take place as a face-to-face auction on our premises (Kreuzsaal von Regensburg) and are simultaneously broadcast online in a live auction. As a result, bidders worldwide can participate in the live auction. The awards are transferred in real time to our web site and other portals. This transparency allows the consignor to view his sales immediately.

6. Accounting

Payment to the consignor is made approximately four weeks after receipt of the buyer’s payment to  Keup Kunstauktionen. You will receive the amount by bank transfer in euros.

7. Transport

We would be happy to organize an individual pick-up service for your collection or works of art. Please contact us by phone: +49  941-51422
