Gold Hunter-Case Pocket Watch - 20th Century
Swiss 'Depose' hallmark with a cross, no. 049; all covers and the case stamped '14K.' Features a gold-plated dial with silver-toned cartouches, Arabic numerals, blued hands, and a small seconds sub-dial. Crown-wound movement (at the 3 o'clock position) with a half-plate design, lever escapement, and a balance wheel with compensation screws. Shows signs of age; diameter: 4.8 cm. (Note: Watches are not tested for functional accuracy.) Includes a watch chain made of red gold (stamped '333'), length approx. 28 cm. Provenance: Private collection, Straubing.
